Good, but crooked

I have gotten Nat & Noor earnings in the past and loved them so much I wanted more but this time around most of the earnings came crooked. It as if the silver part that goes in your ear is glued on the earring part at an angle. So when I wear the earrings they stick out quite noticeably. I ordered 5 pairs Of hoops and I have noticed it so far on 3.
