Please click here to start a return or exchange. You’ll need your order number and zip code/email used on the order. Then you’ll follow these steps.

  • Insert the order number (this was sent to your email when your order was placed.
  • Insert the zip code that was used for shipping on the order or the email that was connected to the order.
  • You will then make the selection to precede with an exchange, refund or store credit.



For a return you are able to choose if you`d like a refund or store credit. This will be processed once the return has made it back to our warehouse and has been checked and deemed okay for restock.

Items condition must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

All returns must be done within 30 days of receiving your order.

Gift cards are non-returnable

Please note if you used our Re:do return option at check out you were able to pay $1.98 at checkout to later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order.

If you did not purchase Re:do you can still use our return portal and purchase a return label for a fee.

You will be sent a return label and are responsible for packaging the return and dropping it off at the nearest drop-off location.



If you choose a refund. That will be processed once we have received the return back and has been inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that we do not refund the shipping charged on the order.

US order - $7 nonrefundable fee

Canada order - $12 nonrefundable fee

International order - $15 nonrefundable fee 



We are now accepting exchanges! Through the Re:do returns process you are able to exchange the item for another of your choosing that we have in stock. If the item you pick for the exchange is more than what you paid for on the item returned then an invoice will be sent for you to pay the difference before the exchange item will be sent. If the item you pick for the exchange is less than the item being returned then store credit will be sent to your email.

Once you have made the selection, a return label will be sent to your email for the item being exchanged for. You will be responsible for printing out the return label, packaging the item and dropping it off at the nearest drop-off location.

The new exchange order will be created once we have received a notification that the return is in transit. The order will then be shipped within 1-3 business days.



Please note: the recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of the US. Any potential fees are out of our control.



Orders shipped to countries outside of the US may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to NAT + NOOR in order to receive a refund.

Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.



If the address is put in wrong, NAT + NOOR is not responsible. Please double check that you have input the correct address.
