LOST PACKAGES DUE TO CARRIER
If you package is lost due to a carrier problem ( DHL, Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc) Nat + Noor is not responsible. We suggest you contact your local post office.
If the shipping address was not input correctly, Nat + Noor is not responsible for any fees incurred.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your country/region.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
